All day tours · Xi'anXi'an Night Market Food Walk
Roujiamo, biangbiang noodles and the real queues
Half dayXi'an
From $64 per group
Xi'an was eating 'fusion' when it was called the Silk Road. Cumin lamb came from the west, cold noodles predate the Great Wall's best years, and the flatbreads are older than the city's towers. Tonight's walk eats its way through that history.
The route
- Stop 1–2: Roujiamo master + spicy hu la tang
- Stop 3–4: Biángbiáng noodle kitchen (watch the slap) + grilled skewers
- Stop 5–6: Persimmon cakes + pomegranate wine finish
Good to know
About 2 km of walking over 2.5–3 hours, all flat. Vegetarian versions of most stops exist; tell your guide at the start.
