Many nationalities can enter visa-free — including the 240-hour visa-free transit policy that works well for Chengdu stopovers, and reciprocal visa-free agreements. Tell us your passport and route; we confirm what applies to your case and build the itinerary to fit it.
What languages do the guides speak?
English, Spanish, Russian, Italian, Japanese, Thai and Chinese are active now; we recruit per demand, so if your language isn't listed, ask anyway — we can often arrange it.
How do medical referrals work?
Start with the free consultation. We check your needs, prepare your records for the hospital's international department, and book appointments through official channels. You pay the hospital directly — we never take a margin on medical fees.
Are these really private tours?
Yes. Private means private — your party and your guide. No joining strangers, no forced shopping stops.
How do I pay?
After confirming the itinerary you receive a secure payment request (bank transfer, card or recognised international payment options). A deposit confirms your dates; the balance is due before arrival.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms are shown in your quote before you pay anything.
Can you help beyond Sichuan?
We're based in Chengdu, but can arrange multi-city itineraries across China with trusted partner guides in other regions.
